The second bedroom has two singles with built-ins and a ceiling fan as well. The bathroom is of a good size and there is also a separate toilet.
The living area is fully tiled and furnished with modern lounge and dining suites. This lovely room opens out through sliding glass doors onto a delightful enclosed garden coutyard, a perfect place for lazy lunches or just relaxing with a cup of coffee. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped, and includes dishwasher and bench level cook top and oven.
The main bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and fan, and opens out onto the back courtyard. Bedroom two has two single beds and a fan, and also opens out to the courtyard. The beautiful bathroom has a shower and vanity, and there is a separate toilet nearby. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom area, with a clothesline in the back courtyard. BBQ facilities are located across the road in parkland. There's also an outdoor shower which is handy when coming back from the beach.
