The front lawn is the perfect spot for a family to kick the shoes off and relax, hold a game of cricket, or simply sit around the fire and make fond memories.
Single level home with wheelchair access via the rear of the home. Bathroom 2 and bedroom 3 are also wheelchair friendly. The main bathroom and some of the bedrooms would not be suitable for wheelchair access. This home would suit the entire family.
Important notes for this home; This home is located on a dual occupancy block, the driveway is shared and there is no fencing around the entire perimeter of either cottages and or the yard. The small cottage at the rear of the block may be occupied from time to time however the occupant(s) is conservative of guests.
North arm cove is a sleeping town 22 km South of Tea Gardens and Hawks Nest. There are no town services, so the home relies on tank water for water supplies (which is filtered) and septic services. The closest shops and boat ramp is in Karuah (11km), Tea Gardens and Hawks Nest is only a short drive away where you can visit many local attractions (20 minutes). North Arm Cove shores are tidal, the images supplied are at high tide showcasing the best images of the stunning bay, when the tide is low there is less water and the exposed sea bed which can be rocky/muddy in areas, swimming with seashoes on in North Arm Cove is recommended.
