Dolphin View is conveniently located and is only a 2 hour drive from Sydney. With less than a 15 minutes drive to Hawks Nest and Tea Gardens where you will find a fully stocked Coles, bottle shop, café, great restaurants, local seafood outlets and the local RSL Club. The small town of Karuah is less than 10 minutes drive away where there is a service station, IGA, RSL, Butcher, Pizza restaurant and the best fresh caught local oysters that you can take home and enjoy on the balcony at Dolphin View! The famous Anna Bay beach is an approximate 45 minutes drive with the very popular Anna bay beach, exciting activities like ride-on camel tours, sand dune surfing and 4WD tours.
Overlooking the blue waters of North Arm Cove "Dolphin View" has been lovingly renovated less than two years ago. The laundry is spacious (washing machine provided but no dryer as there is plenty of line space outside to dry clothes).The open plan living space offers 180 degree views of the water – and flows to an oversized outdoor deck with an outdoor table and chairs setting for 8 people creating the perfect indoor/outdoor flow. There is another deck again that has fabulous views with a comfortable outdoor lounge setting on it. Contemporary open plan kitchen with a large pantry. The benchtops are Caesarstone, and a seamless Caesarstone extension can serve as a dining table option. Please note - this property as with all properties at North Arm Cove have tank water and utilise a septic system so mindful water consumption and the need to be careful with what is put down the sink and toilets needs to be adhered to. The home is equipped with septic safe washing powder, cleaning products, hand soap and body wash. North arm cove is a sleeping town 22 km South of Tea Gardens and Hawks Nest. The closest shops and boat ramp is in Karuah (11km), Tea Gardens and Hawks Nest is only a short drive away where you can visit many local attractions (20 minutes). North Arm Cove shores are tidal, the images supplied are at high tide showcasing the best image of the stunning bay. When the tide is low there is less water and exposes the sea bed.
