A two storey house offering open plan living which flows out onto the front and rear deck showcasing a spectacular view of the Port Stephens Bay.

Located upstairs is the large living area, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet as well as the master bedroom. Downstairs is a secondary living area which looks out onto the water and the large front yard, bedroom 2, 3, 4 and 5 are located downstairs along with 2 bathrooms and a laundry.

Loved the peace & quiet of the place, the lapping of the water, and loved the architectural style. Loved the fact we could take a walk along the beach or launch our SUP boards out of the back of the house. Super friendly neighbors. Clean inside the house but windows in some areas could benefit from a clean. Heaps of space for so many people. Just being the two of us we only used upstairs but would be amazing for a big group. We had a great break and would certainly consider a return visit.

The house was all I had hoped for and more. With my children and grandchildren there I wish we could have stayed longer. The house and location were perfect. I would highly recommend a stay here but not before I get to book our annual visit. Neighbours were great and very friendly. When I win lotto I am making the owners an offer they can't refuse. Seriously though a well priced family holiday that you will be very pleased with.

Most impressed with the attractive, spacious entertainment area and balcony upstairs.

Loved the layout, size and comfort of the house and the delightful scenery and yard space. It proved an excellent setting to comfortably accommodate my extended family to celebrate my 80th Birthday that, thanks to Covid restrictions, was postponed since August 2021! Plenty of space for indoor games and outside activities. We were also blessed with good weather in which to enjoy this picturesque setting.

We loved having the beach so close.

It's so easy with children (aged 6mths-8yrs) and we're able to just lay in our floating rings and enjoy the beautiful days. The house is big enough for all of us to have our own space and also the bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of storage. We had 3 families stay, so was perfect that we all were able to have our own bathrooms too.

The house had everything our family needed, It was such a pretty location, friendly neighbors that grew up across the road know the owner. We really did enjoy our stay and being surrounded by the ocean and nature. Thank you to the owner we had a wonderful time here. However we were very saddened on arrival to find so many cob webs and spiders, The kitchen cupboards I had to clean on arrival as had so much oil, Bin I had to wash, Windows had children finger marks, BBQ was not clean.
