Stunning three level townhouse features, new modern furnishings, three bedroom, two bathrooms.

Just a few minutes to beautiful Bennett's Beach, and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Lovely townhouse in quiet area, close to the beach and only a few minutes away from shops, restaurants and Golf Club.

The upstairs lounge and dining area are exotically furnished and opens out onto a tiled balcony, complete with 'tropical' outdoor setting and gas BBQ. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, wall oven, grill and microwave, as well as 1.5 sinks. On level three there is a TV lounge with private balcony, a perfect place to get away from it all for a quiet evening drink. Please wait, in a few moments a slide show of the property will commence.

There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds while bedroom 3 offers a double bed.
