This family holiday home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a covered alfresco area for outdoor dining.

The property is located close the Myall River, plenty of room for the boat, and short walk to the local golf course. The house is only a 10-minute walk to shops, beaches & Myall River.

This property has a spacious, sun drenched living room with attached rear balcony, and lots of space for families. Downstairs a large bunk room/ living room for the children, additional shower in the laundry. The upper level deck is the perfect place to catch the sea breeze and enjoy a morning coffee. Sleeps 9, upstairs (2 queens and a duo -bunk) and downstairs (1 set single bunks), PET FRIENDLY (outside only) Fully secure yard for children and beloved pets.

IMPORTANT POINTS

-This home has external surveillance cameras videoing the exterior of the premises.

-Minimum fence height 1000mm.

-You need to BYO sheets, pillows cases and all of your towels.

-Strict no party or function policy.

-All guests must comply with the STRA Code of Conduct .

-This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc.
