Situated in a quiet street overlooking parkland, within walking distance to shops, golf club and the beautiful main surf beach.

This beach house is perfect for families and for people who appreciate the tranquility of this neighbourhood. If you intend to have a party, noisy late night gatherings or are celebrating schoolies, we kindly ask that you book another house more suitable to your needs.

Spacious 3-bedroom holiday home which is open plan and offers everything to make your stay enjoyable. The ideal getaway for couples, family and friends. Located perfectly for those keen to play golf. Simply follow the path to the all-weather 18 hole golf course.

The open plan living area with TV, DVD and Stereo flows out onto the covered verandah, great for catching the sea breeze. A fully self-contained kitchen with family size fridge and microwave.

The main bedroom features a queen size bed with mirrored built in robes, bedroom 2 also has built in robes and a double bed, bedroom 3 is complete with Trio bunk. Conveniently located is the bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.
