Very comfortable, four-bedroom, two bathrooms. The tiled living area opens out through sliding glass doors to the private screened enclosure, a great place for a BBQ to relax and enjoy the evening sea breezes whilst entertaining. Located close to Bennetts Beach and an easy stroll to both shops, restaurants, and Jimmy's Beach.
This townhouse has three living areas, the formal lounge room, lower living area and a TV or retreat upstairs. There is a third toilet off the laundry located on ground level.
Upstairs offers a TV/ Retreat area and 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom opens out onto the balcony, this room offers a walk-in robe and ensuite. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have built in robes and are large in size. Ceiling fans are in every bedroom. You will have access to the double garage during your stay, we do ask guests not to park in the driveway as this may cause access issue for the neighbouring townhouse
Note: This property has window limiters installed due to Strata regulations thus, windows can only be opened to a maximum of 12cm.
