Mirreen Street, Hawks Nest is a well-known Koala Corridor, where visitors are treated to the sights of our local Koalas regularly. Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere in this two story, three bedroom townhouse set in a quiet yet central location. Don’t take our word for it, come along and enjoy it for yourself!
Located at 56 Mirreen Street, unit 1 is at the rear of the complex of the two townhouses. Covered carport available plus visitors parking and off-street boat parking. Downstairs is the open plan living area while the bedrooms are upstairs, the kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave and there is a fully equipped laundry for your convenience. The lounge room features a DVD player and Bluetooth stereo system. The rear courtyard is very private with a comfortable outdoor setting and BBQ provided. A mature Australian native garden features plants that attract many of the local birdlife. There are three bedrooms and a main bathroom upstairs, with a second shower and toilet downstairs. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed with comfortable furnishings, while the second bedroom has 1 double bed and the third bedroom offers two bunk beds.
