The upper level has a balcony taking full advantage of the stunning water views.

This large home features two living areas, both with beautiful water views, four spacious bedrooms, patio/entertaining area and open plan living area upstairs, opening out onto a large sun deck with endless views of the Myall River.

The upstairs dining and lounge area open out onto a large balcony with panoramic views of the Myall River (a perfect place for lazy Sunday lunches). The hostess kitchen has a bench top stove, dishwasher, pantry and also extraordinary water views. Downstairs living area is great for the kids and also has unlimited high-speed internet access, all you need is to bring your laptop.

All the bedrooms are large in size with built in robes. There are three bathrooms, complete with bath, shower and separate toilet. The double garage with beer refrigerator, automatic doors and is large enough to house both car and boat.

Strictly NO pets.
