Perrin’s Place is a traditional Tea Gardens Cottage with a hint of coastal charm.
This property is in a pristine location, settled opposite the Myall River, this is the most ideal spot in Tea Gardens.
Spend your morning or evening sitting on the deck sipping a cuppa or sharing some laughs and bubbles with friends.
Perrins Cottage is in walking distance to the hotel, restaurants, Ferry wharf, bakery, Fishermans co-op and with the Boat Shed located directly opposite you cannot secure a better location for your holiday getaway.
Once upon a time Perrin’s Place was located in Witt Street, Tea Gardens, however back in the 30’s the Perrin family had the home relocated to its current more favourable position on the Myall River. Perrin’s Place was relocated using rolling logs and what we can only assume would have been a lot of elbow grease and grit over a period of two weeks while the family were still living in it. We believe Mr Perrin a local seamen thought the current location was much more suited not only due to its location on the river but the close proximity to his business across the road ‘The Boat Shed’ now well known as the famous Tea Gardens Boat Shed.
