A wonderful swimming pool in the complex just seconds from your front door, as well as the fantastic Myall River just 50 meters away, and the village center an easy stroll along the waterfront.

Bright and spacious open plan living area, which opens out onto an elegant balcony/entertaining area, which is where you will spend a great part of your leisure time, enjoying the views of the Myall River.

The modern kitchen has everything you need to make your holiday easy, including dishwasher, microwave and plenty of cupboard space.

There are three bedrooms, each with built-ins. The master bedroom is located upstairs has two large robes with dressing area as well as an ensuite. The second bathroom features a deep bath, shower, vanity and toilet. There is also a powder room upstairs.

The large laundry opens out onto a totally enclosed garden courtyard.
