This stylish house is ideally located 200m from the surf beach, 900m from the calmer Jimmy's beach of Port Stephens and easy walking distances to the shops cafes and Surf Lifesaving Club. This beach house is perfect for families and for people who appreciate the tranquility of this neighbourhood. If you intend to have a party, noisy late night gatherings or are celebrating schoolies, we kindly ask that you book another house more suitable to your needs.
The main bedroom has an en-suite and a queen size bed, the other 2 bedrooms are located next to the main bathroom which has a shower, bath and toilet. The kids can enjoy the large loft upstairs with 3 king size beds and a double bed to choose from.
The large windows in most rooms and attractive decor gives the house a warm and welcoming feeling.
The fully fenced backyard provides peace of mind, you may even spot the wild Koala that regularly walks along the fence!
A well-equipped kitchen, outside BBQ on the patio and a cozy fireplace in the living room makes Semaphore beach house the perfect all year round holiday location.
