Wow!! What a breathtaking view! This roomy 2 storey home commands the most spectacular views of the Port Stephens waterways.
Step out your front door and onto the beach! Jimmy's Beach is directly opposite for those early morning swims. Sit back and take in the view as you let the cooling sea breeze brush over you.
The open plan living area has lovely large windows and 2 spacious balconies for you to take full advantage of the magnificent views. Main bedroom has a queen bed and opens on to private balcony overlooking the bay, second bedroom has king single bunk beds, third bedroom has two singles (that can be pushed together) and looks toward the river. Downstairs is a separate bedroom with queen bed opening through double glass doors onto the rear garden. There is also a good quality lounge that folds down to make a double bed for occasional extra bedding, also another bathroom in the laundry. There is garaging for two cars, plus boat parking on the driveway.
The main bedroom has the most spectacular views of the bay. With a queen sized bed and the glass sliding doors give you private access to the front balcony. The second bedroom has king single bunk bed. The third bedroom is located to the rear of the home with and has 2 singles. Downstairs in the rumpus room is a double futon sofa bed for extra guests. The beaches are so beautiful here. Soak up the sun or hire out some gear and get into the water activities at Jimmy's Beach. You will be assured of a fun filled holiday.
Occupancy conditions specific to 77 The Boulevarde:
• No more than 4 adults to occupy the property at any one time; The property can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children only or less.
• Parking on the grass is prohibited; guests must use the garage and driveway provided
• All guests must comply with the terms and conditions set out by Tea Gardens Real Estate and the specific property conditions
