Set on two levels, downstairs features a self-contained kitchen complete with dishwasher. The lounge room is equipped with TV, DVD and VCR not forgetting to mention the cosy furnishings. The dining table seats 5 and opens out onto the entertainment deck. This townhouse is in good condition. The ground level has a timber deck of the dining room perfect for an afternoon BBQ.
The upstairs area has two sunfilled bedrooms both with air conditioning, built ins and both bedrooms access a small balcony.
