Boasting 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a shower and toilet in the laundry. This makes the perfect all year-round holiday destination. This home is designed for holidays and relaxation. Just one street back from the main beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants and the golf club puts it in the perfect holiday position. The unique design of the home means you can spread out. Spacious 2-bedroom home at the front and additional three rooms and extra bathroom if you're holidaying with a crowd.
The unique design allows for four levels of accommodation - depending on how many you wish to accommodate. "The Lodge" is the main part of the home with two bedrooms, with queen size beds, both with en suites. The "Banksia Room”, the "Grevillia Room", both of which have duo beds, and "The Studio" which has a kitchenette, 1 double bed and 1 set of bunks.
The home is designed around a full-length covered timber deck running down the side of the home. The lush tropical gardens and tall trees create a warm, relaxing atmosphere. The deck links the rooms and provides an enjoyable outdoor entertaining area as well.
Pet friendly for medium to large dogs as small dog may be able to escape. Carport for covered parking.
