Settled along the sandy banks of the beautiful Port Stephens Bay is this spacious family home, new to the holiday market, this comfortable home is sure to create a relaxing space to rest and unwind.

Offering sweeping beach views of the gentle waters of Pindimar, enjoy swimming, water sports, boating, fishing, sailing, snorkelling with no forward planning needed. A boat ramp is located within a stones throw for those keen water sport enthusiasts. The Pindimar bay is tidal and perfect for the little ones to run, swim, chase small crabs and explore the outdoors or for the big kids who may want to try their luck with some soft plastics.

Bedroom 4 forms part of the sunroom, this space has been designed as a parents room offering a sitting room and bedroom combined.

The fenced yard offers a fabulous place for children and pets to move freely and enjoy the outdoors. This home welcomes small pets. However, please note fencing is not high in some areas. The lowest point of the fence is 660mm.

The games room offers a perfect space for the family to enjoy together and or the teenagers or kids to 'sleep out'.
The lounge in this space converts to a double sofa bed to accommodate extra children.

Wish we were still there!

Lovely house with beautiful views in a quiet area. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a huge fully enclosed yard for our dog. A perfect verandah for having drinks while watching the sunsets, birds and changing tides at the beach.

This location is a relaxed laid back holiday location. The house is well maintained on a large block and the afternoon sea breeze kept it comfortable on warm days.

I loved the gorgeous wrap around verandah. Enjoyed looking at the beautiful views from there.

I loved that the home was really well furnished and very clean. The beds were comfortable. A lot of thought had been given to all the things you need day-to-day in a home. The kitchen was well-stocked. The garden was gorgeous and well looked after - plenty of spots to sit (in the shade or sun). I loved the pool room - so fun! Pindimar is a very quiet spot but there is plenty to do - so easy to launch your kayak, go for walks or just totally relax.
