Modern 3-bedroom townhouse, the perfect holiday destination. A perfect holiday townhouse for families, friends get together or a romantic weekend for two.

The open plan living downstairs has modern design furniture and is family friendly offering comfort and style.TV and DVD player is available for when you want to relax. Air/Conditioning downstairs making it very cool on those warm days. Kitchen is fully equipped and includes all modern appliances. The living area flow onto the patio with an outdoor setting and small courtyard garden, there is also an outdoor shower for your return from the beach.

All bedrooms are located upstairs with the main having a private balcony and ensuite. All bedrooms have a wall mounted TV for personal use. Laundry room has easy to use washing machine, dryer and has an extra toilet.

Note: this property has window limiters installed due to Strata regulations thus, windows can only be opened to a maximum of 12cm.
