The comfortable, air-conditioned lounge room provides a welcoming space to relax after a day exploring the region. It features a large-screen Smart TV and offers a comfortable place for family and friends to unwind.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and opens onto an enclosed sunroom. With its generous windows overlooking the water, the sunroom is a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee, relax with a book or simply take in the beautiful views across Port Stephens towards Nelson Bay.
Outdoor Living & Waterfront Setting
One of the highlights of Melaluca is its peaceful tidal waterfront position. Enjoy the changing water levels and beautiful outlook, with the surrounding waterways providing a picturesque setting for your holiday.
Step outside to enjoy the spacious backyard, with plenty of room for a friendly family game of cricket. The covered outdoor entertaining area provides a lovely setting for relaxed meals and time together, with a BBQ available for guest use.
With direct access to the water, guests can enjoy launching their kayaks and stand-up paddleboards and exploring the waterways, subject to tides and water conditions.
Accommodation
Melaluca comfortably accommodates up to five guests across three bedrooms.
- Bedroom 1: One queen bed and ceiling fan.
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds and ceiling fan.
- Bedroom 3: One single bed.
Please note that Bedroom 3 is located off the enclosed sunroom and does not have a door separating it from this area. Bedroom 3 does not have a ceiling fan.
Bathrooms & Laundry
The property has a main bathroom inside the house, along with a separate external laundry that includes a second shower and toilet. This is particularly convenient when enjoying the outdoor area or returning from time spent by the water.
A washing machine is also available for guest use.
