This wonderful property is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a truly relaxing holiday. Take a swim in the communal swimming pool, which is available to guests, stroll along the waterfront to the cafes, restaurants and shops. Once you are here you can really unwind - there is a gas BBQ on the front deck Upstairs is the open plan living area with modern kitchen leading onto the large balcony. The main bedroom with ensuite are also on this level with a convenient powder room.

Downstairs features two comfortable bedrooms featuring a queen room and the third bedroom offers two single beds.

We are a couple in our mid sixties who have stayed at THE PEIR many times. The last two occasions the garage remote was missing the back cover and the battery was held in with sticky tape. Upon arrival Jan21 the draw in the MainBed was full of the previous guests lacy underwear and bras. Unit kept loosing power, electrician called but was unable to locate the source(dishwasher) Elderly resident in the complex banged on our door @ 12:30am Unprofessional response by agent
