This wonderful two storey townhouse is very tastefully furnished and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom (one with a spa bath) and is only 50 metres from the main surf beach.

Holiday in style in one of the most beautiful townhouses Hawks Nest has to offer. This 5 star two storey townhouse is very tastefully furnished and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom on the second level contains a queen sized bed where you can lay back and gaze at the ocean. It contains built-ins and stylish furnishings as well as a ceiling fan. The top balcony comes off the main bedroom and has the most amazing view. The second downstairs also has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom contains two single beds. Each has built-ins and the same lovely furnishings. The second bedroom on the second level also has a gorgeous view of the ocean and the third bedroom on the first level has a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and is very roomy and open. Shared BBQ facilities are located in the common area.

The gorgeous open living area features large sliding glass doors which open out onto the balcony where you can enjoy the glorious view of the ocean and watch the day pale into night. The strategically placed windows let the gentle ocean breeze flow through to ensure the unit is kept cool and fresh which is just what you need on a warm summer's day. The comfortable lounges and fully equipped entertainment unit including videos as well as a stereo give you something to do if you just feel like a quiet day in.

The main bathroom on the first level is quite large and features a spa bath which is perfect to soothe those tired muscles after a fun filled day. There is also another bathroom on the second level to accommodate the rest of your party.

Note: this property has window limiters installed due to Strata regulations thus, windows can only be opened to a maximum of 12cm.

Very nice balcony for winter, but apartment wasn't cleaned before our arrival. Couches are very uncomfortable and the air conditioning from neighbours is very loud for sleeping. A shame because it's a nice apartment.
