The unit features its very own private courtyard off the front of the lounge room with a very comfortable outdoor setting which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the afternoon as you peacefully watch the sun set. Or indulge in a delicious BBQ and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze.
The open plan living area looks out onto your own private courtyard and features glass sliding doors which let the fresh ocean breeze flow through. The gourmet kitchen has lots of bench space and includes a breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave and benchtop hot plates, plus 1.5 sinks. There is a three seater and two seater sofa, plus one single with foot stool. An entertainment unit with TV, DVD and a stereo has been provided so don't forget your CD's! The dining room setting seats 8 people comfortably and has the most gorgeous classical wooden table.
The spacious upstairs bathroom has bath, shower, vanity and toilet. There is also a downstairs shower, vanity and toilet. There is a separate laundry equipped with washing machine, and the dryer is in the garage. A third toilet is located in the laundry. Shared BBQ facilities are located in the common area. Situated in a prime location only 50 metres to the surf beach and a delightful stroll to the shops and restaurants, you will immensely enjoy your stay.
