Welcoming single-level newly renovated home is serenely positioned on a shady block, just 400m stroll to Jimmys Beach. Centrally located with easy walking distance to Beaches, Myall River, cafes and shops.

Also, just a few minutes drive to Bennetts Beach, Golf club and just over the bridge to Tea Gardens. The sizeable lounge and dining with air conditioning and fireplace, has high ceilings with exposed beams, flowing out into the outdoor screened enclosure, a great room for the BBQ and entertaining. A new kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, bathroom and laundry service 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has access to the bathroom. Enjoy the privacy of the spacious courtyard garden. The back yard is also fenced for your family pet. Don't forget the boat as there are two boat ramps just up the road.
