This charming home is privately nestled in a canopy of trees and landscaped gardens. Offering space, comfort, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, two living areas and two large shady verandahs. Fabulous family property as there is plenty of room for the kids to play and only a short walk to the restaurants of Tea Gardens.
The timber verandahs are designed to make use of the outdoors all year round. The lounge room opens out onto the wonderful timber deck with amazing views of the Myall River. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of bench space to prepare mouth-watering family meals or make yourself a cuppa and relax in comfort.
To the side of the home is a long driveway, which has plenty of room for a boat. The boat ramp is only a short distance away, with excellent fishing spots along the river. The home has three spacious bedrooms, the main with a queen bed, TV, and water views, bedroom 2 also has a queen bed, while bedroom three is very large boasting 1 queen bed and 1 set of bunk beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. There are two bathrooms both complete with shower, vanity and toilet plus fully equipped Laundry.
