Wybalena is set on a deep-water frontage in North Arm Cove. From the moment you arrive you will be swept away with the diverse wildlife, beautiful gardens, and majestic views across Port Stephens. There are many things you can do here including kayaking, swimming, fishing, or bushwalking. During your stay look out for wallabies, pelicans, and kookaburra’s. Relax on the deck watching boats sail by and spot dolphins just beyond the jetty. This large four-bedroom, four-bathroom home with spacious living areas, provides comfortable accommodation for eight people (maximum six adults). The home also includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, a BBQ, large deck, free WIFI, air conditioning, expansive gardens and off-street parking for several vehicles. The front garden, filled with large gum trees and natives, leads down to the waterfront, boatshed and jetty.

Please note: Properties at North Arm Cove currently have tank water and utilise a septic system. This home is equipped with septic safe cleaning products, hand soap and body wash. There are no shops located in North Arm Cove, surrounding towns are only a short drive.

This is not a serviced property; the owners have kindly stocked the kitchen with basic pantry items inc. paper towel, tea, coffee, salt and pepper, basic herbs and spices, cling wrap, tin foil, cooking oil, garbage bags, washing up liquid, dishwasher powder etc. We cannot guarantee that all items are included and you may need to bring such items from home and/or purchase locally.
